Effective
GEO platforms change their features and prices often, so some of what we publish will go out of date, and some of it we will get wrong.
How to report an error
Email hello@bestgeoplatform.com with the page, the statement you think is wrong and, if you can, a source. Vendors are welcome to write to us about their own products.
What we do
We check every report against the product or a primary source. If we were wrong, we fix the page and add a dated note at the end saying what changed. If a fix changes a score or a ranking, the note says that too. We don’t quietly edit scores.
We change the “Updated” date only when the content really changes, not for typo fixes.
What we don’t do
We don’t remove accurate criticism because a vendor asks, and we don’t change a score in exchange for anything.
